Beginners Strength Program

This program is for new runners looking to develop their overall athleticism and prevent those nagging ‘new-runner injuries’ that plagued so many of us. It is also for experienced runners looking to add strength training to their program for the first time or after a long break. Regardless of which camp you fall into, our goal is to support you in running through a guided 12-week running strength program.

Individualized Strength Program

If you want to improve as a runner…bulletproof yourself against injury (and father time) and have your best running years yet, I am your guide! As a runner and sports medicine provider, my passion is around runners’ performance enhancement.

This program includes:

  • Initial Evaluation (History & Movement Assessment)

  • Bi-monthly checking for questions and progress. (e-mail & messenger).

  • Detailed, individualized 12-week running performance enhancement strength training program.

  • All programming will include injury prevention & corrective exercises.
