12-Week Program Designed To Get You Back To Running
This program is similar to the blueprint we use in our clinic. After treating 1000s of runners and helping them back to running and achieving goals, we know what works and what is nonsense! If you are a runner who has battled with hamstring issues, treating this condition with REST is the very nonsense I’m talking about. We aim to help you maintain some running while you safely recover and progress back to your regular volume. We guide you through progressive mobility, stability, and strength exercises that not only help you return to running but also help you come back stronger than before. Minimal Special Equipment Needed
Most don’t have a full gym at their disposal. Access to a gym is very helpful but not necessary, but you do need a few things for this program. A foam roller, some exercise bands, a few dumbbells/kettlebells, and time are all you need to get started.

The biggest hurdle that many run into while rehabbing an injury on their own is that they don’t know what to do…and when to do it. From your pre-run warm-up (yes, we will still run) to your cool-down routine and everything in between, we will map it out for you. We will cover running volume and intensity modifications, specific exercises, and how to perform them, as well as an effective running warm-up that gets the right areas of your body working the way they should so you can be the most efficient runner possible.
